Welcome to Reality Snap. This document serves as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By playing the game, you agree to these terms. This is an anonymous game. We do not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your email address.

2. User Data and Cookies

To provide a persistent gameplay experience, Reality Snap uses your browser's local storage (similar to cookies) for the following purposes only:

• Username: To display on the leaderboard and identify your score. You create this username yourself.
• Score: To keep track of your all-time points in the game.
• Used Prompts: To prevent repetition of recent game prompts.

We do not store, request, or have access to any other personal or private information from your device. The data stored is limited to what is essential for the functioning of the game.

3. Photo Handling and Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. When you take a photo, the image data is sent to our server and then to Google's AI for analysis. No photos are ever stored permanently on our servers or in any database. The image data is used in-memory for the sole purpose of classifying the object and is discarded immediately after.

4. Leaderboard

If you choose to set a username, your username and score will be publicly visible on the game's leaderboard. Do not use your real name or any personal information as your username if you do not want it to be public.
